Book Review. “The Unconventional guide to Art + Money”

I started reading this book over a month ago and immediately began applying some of techniques I’ve  learned.  The difference is obvious..   My work and sales  really show a night and day difference.  This book took me to a new level with my individual Art career and motivation.  Mostly It helped shed light on my hearts desires and gave me tools of a businessman’s focus in today’s world.   My focus,  drive, and goals include becoming a happy, great artist as well as building an audience that is interested in watching the development of my Art and creative projects which overall has a spiritual focus in mind.       I give this book 4.2 starts out of 5

I recommend this book for that Etsy starter/ Art student, or what ever level of artistic skill  are at who doesn’t have a business degree.

Painting a Sea Turtle.

This painting was commissioned by the buyer of my, Butterfly Goddess.   She has invited me to a gathering this Saturday and said I could hang a bunch of paintings and she would show them to her friend$.  I would really like to finish this painting by Friday.     I’m using a lot of  gold  and glitter.

New painting started as a donation

This painting has been planned for months.  It’s intended to be a back drop for Music group, “Medicine For The People.” which happens to be one of my favorite music groups of my time.  This should help add to  their visual presentation.

I have been waiting for, but now have the materials needed to work.  I’m painting acrylic on a black canvas that is not really stretched.  I punched grommet holes in each corner, and my sweetheart sewed a hem down the sides.   I hope it will be finished by April.   Painting on a canvas that hasn’t been gessoed takes some getting used to, because the paint just soaks into it.  The texture on the wall surface is adding an unexpected element to the painting.
